Spaghetti Sauce

2 packages ground turkey breast

2 boxes of “Pomi” brand chopped tomatoes

1 box “Pomi” tomato sauce

1 whole bulb of garlic, minced

Juice from 1 medium lemon or 2 tablespoons

1 teaspoon marjoram

1 teaspoon basil

1 teaspoon oregano

1 teaspoon Cayenne Pepper (more or less depending on your desire for spiciness)

2 cups water (more or less if you like it thick or thin)

1 cup diced yellow pepper

1 onion, diced

2 packs wild mushrooms

1 bag baby spinach

4 packets Splenda or stevia to taste

Brown ground turkey in large pot. Strain excess liquid and set aside. Spray large pot with olive oil flavored Pam and brown onions. When onion is light brown add garlic, yellow peppers. Cook until soft then add the mushrooms; cook until done. Add tomatoes and spices, lemon juice and Splenda. Let cook until it becomes a liquid. Then add water and slowly stir in spinach. Bring to a boil; cover but not closed. Turn down heat to a simmer and let cook for at least 45 minutes. (The longer you let it simmer the better the flavor).
