Be Fit Workout Studio Fitness & Wellness Programs
At Be-Fit Workout Studio, our trainers are not just your workout instructors. We work closely with doctors and physical therapists to ensure our client's physical needs are met for those with back, knee and neck injuries. It is our mission to assist people in finding their balance and achieve their fitness and wellness goals through personal training and nutritional assessment. We believe it is important to understand that no two people are created alike and workouts should be customized to meet their individual needs. We take time to educate and empower our clients with the knowledge of the benefits of proper nutrition and exercise.
Our gym is operated as a private studio and not a public workout gym. It is a non-threatening, non-intimidating private environment. Come check us out!
Group Training
Some of the benefits of group training are friendly competition, mutual support, sharing ideas and diet information/tips with others. With group training you will enjoy the added benefit of lower price vs personal training:
- Small group training sessions Each group usually consists of 2 to 4 people.
- Monthly fitness evaluation Weigh in and measurements are done every 30 days to help you track your fitness progress.
- Before and After pictures We take a picture after you have finished the workout program and compare them to the pictures taken at the beginning. You will see dramatic difference!
One-On-One Training
- Nutrition Consultation We will determine a perfect nutritional program according to your specific needs.
- Personalized nutrition plan and food log You will receive a comprehensive food journal with nutritional information along with healthy recipes and food log.
- Monthly fitness evaluation Your trainer will review and evaluate your progress every 4 weeks with the help of the food journal and weigh in/measurements.
- Before and After picture We take a picture after you have finished the workout program and compare them to the pictures taken at the beginning. You will see dramatic difference!
- Customized Training Program Our training and workout programs are custom-tailored to each individual's needs and goals.
Pilates & Yoga Instruction
We offer private, duet and small group instruction in the art of movement through the works of JH Pilates and Yoga. Each of these regimens creates a body with length, strength and flexibility while enhancing mental focus and emotional balance.
Pilates and yoga creates functional bodies and programs are tailored to your sport-specific or post-rehabilitation needs. We encourage consultation between our clients’ other wellness practitioners to create a holistic, effective and thoughtful training program that guarantees accelerated performance and enhanced well-being.
